Pamela is a born and raised native of Greenville, Mississippi. She attended and graduated from Greenville High School class of 1993. She also attended Mississippi State University, majoring in Biology before making the life decision of moving to Texas to attend Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. Pamela is an alumni and graduate of the Fall Class of 1995-1996 from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and has had the privilege to serve on the Advisory Board of Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She has been a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer for 28 years and counting in the state of Texas and licensed in her home state of Mississippi. Her passionate love for people has afforded the opportunity to serve in many ways and capacities to the community and in funeral service. Pamela started her career while attending DIFS at Morris-Bates Mortuary, Ft. Worth, TX, then furthered her career with Restland Funeral Home, Dallas, TX and landed the opportunity to work 20 years for SCI (Service Corporation International), where she started as funeral director/embalmer and later advanced into management. During her leadership role as manager, she managed Sparkman-Richardson Funeral Home, Singing Hills Funeral Home and Laurel Land – Dallas Funeral Home. She is owner of Death Care Advocacy, LLC which allows continued services, resources, and informative information to those in need. She has received her CFSP (Certified Funeral Service Practitioner), she is a member of the IFDA, NFDMA, Mesquite-NAACP, Licensed Pre-Need Agent, Bonded Notary Public, and Calvary Temple Community Church.

Pamela is a compassionate and professional that strives to provide the highest level of service to families, friends, and anyone in need of help. She is heavily involved in supporting the surrounding communities, schools, churches, and students. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children, family, traveling, attending funeral conventions, galas and just enjoying life.
