Job Description
- Prepare for visitations, memorials, and funeral services, including delivery and setup of floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photographs, and personal keepsakes.
- Assist with visitations and services, including chapel setup, dressing and casketing of remains.
- Assist with the respectful preparation of deceased individuals as permitted by law and company policy.
- Greet and assist client families and visitors with compassion and professionalism.
- Prepare and process service-related documents as directed.
- Perform general office duties and run errands as needed.
- Serve as an usher, assist with parking, and support transportation needs.
- Drive funeral home vehicles and assist with refreshments when permitted.
