Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana Funeral Director license or Internship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Meet with families to arrange funeral and memorial services
- Coordinate all aspects of funeral services from first call through final disposition
- Prepare and complete all required documentation
- Work closely with cemetery staff, clergy, and vendors
- Ensure every family receives compassionate, personalized care
- Maintain compliance with all state and company policies
