NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Care Center Supervisor to lead our team at South Park Funeral Home and Crematory in Pearland, Texas, serving families across the Houston metro area. What You’ll Lead
Train and mentor staff; uphold all logging, identification, casket, and cremation procedures
Coordinate case scheduling, workflow, and team assignments
Support embalming needs during peak volume
Maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation
Use and adapt to ATLAS and other digital case-management tools
Participate in a rotating weekend schedule
What You Bring
Current Texas Embalmer License or ability to reciprocate
1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and digital systems
Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced care center environment
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care to families
Efficient, focused work style with the ability to lead by example
