My educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama. The various positions held in higher education include Academic Dean, Associate Academic Dean, Educational Consultant, General Education Program Chair, Operations Manager, Adjunct Faculty, Student Retention Coordinator, Campus Online Coordinator, and Academic Advisor. In addition, I have provided support services to diverse student populations, including adult, at-risk, transfer, and international students (400 - 4,000) for 13 years. The main emphasis has always been placed on the best interest of the student through college regulation and a sense of compassion which creates positive transformations through academic achievement, along with professional and personal development.
