Matt serves as one of the Registrars at Dallas Institute of Funeral Service where he helps students navigate their higher education journey.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from Texas Tech University. He began his professional career in D.C. as a congressional intern before transitioning to a role in fundraising and student services at SMU in Dallas. More recently he served as the sponsorship director for a local non-profit organization. He has a passion to help others, often devoting his time outside of work to coaching youth sports teams and working as a volunteer for the city of Rowlett.
