The ICCFA Arranger Certification program is presented by ICCFA coach, Glenda Stansbury. This training is focused on the specific skills required for serving the cremation family from the beginning of the relationship until the end. It will focus on awareness for funeral professionals in dealing with the unique needs, expectations and misconceptions that families choosing cremation present in all aspects of arrangement and service. You will be given tools for effectively and confidently becoming a professional guiding presence for the cremation family, how to articulate value and service options, how to avoid legal issues, and how to create meaningful ceremonies. *You must pass an open-book, online test to receive your certification. Missing five or more questions means that you fail the test. You will be allowed to take the test a second time to try to receive a better score.
