This course will look at the scientific foundations of stress and physical illness and disease. Life situation and perception interventions will be discussed for stress and college students with intrapersonal and interpersonal techniques for handling stress.
Dallas Institute of Funeral Service campus will be CLOSED for on-campus operations from 1/25/26 through Friday 1/30/26 due to inclement weather. All classes will be held online as scheduled. Students should log in to their courses and follow their instructors’ guidance for virtual instruction.
