Kylie Chick has dedicated her entire professional career to higher education, driven by a strong passion for student success and effective institutional operations.

Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Kylie spent four years in Fairbanks, Alaska, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree online through Washington State University. After returning to Washington, she began her career in higher education as a Campus Support Specialist at Charter College. Over several years, she advanced through roles including Senior Administrative Specialist, Admissions Assistant, and Campus Manager at the Lacey campus. Kylie later joined Highline College as Executive Assistant in Student Services, where she continued to support student success while earning her Master of Arts in Higher Education Student Affairs and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Management.

In June 2025, Kylie, along with her husband, two daughters, and German Shepherd, Misty, relocated to Texas. She now serves as the Operations Manager at the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. With a comprehensive background in educational business operations and a student-centered mindset, Kylie brings innovative ideas and modern, holistic approaches to the Operations team.
